One of our primary responsibilities as an educator will be to work to reform the education system and to try and improve it. Only someone with an undivided heart and commitment to education will be able to do this. As a teacher I try to be fair and respectful for all of my students. I try to work with them when they have individual issues and also work to address overall class practices.
Although it is to difficult to remain objective in terms of the students in class, I try to work to make sure that all of my students get an equal opportunity within the classroom. I want my students to feel comfortable in the classroom where they can feel free to express their opinions as long as they aren't hurting anyone.
