An undivided heart is a heart that has an intimate and open relationship with Christ where no one else comes first. The purpose of an undivided heart should be to focus on God and how we can improve our relationship with him. Often times we are heavily bogged down with everything going on in our lives and it can be a challenge to really focus our hearts and efforts on one particular area. We feel conflicted in our lives and as individuals we need to learn to refocus and direct our divided heart back to the Lord.
The "heart" of my life as a teacher is to provide an open and safe environment where all of my students can learn. I want to provide my students with equal access to learning and really ensure that they are getting the support and resources they need to succeed. I hope that my students feel comfortable in the classroom and really feel comfortable with me as a teacher. The support I give to my students is also integral to their success and is something I consider to be at the "heart" of my teaching.
